This studio apartment will suit the busy person who needs their own space but does not need a large apartment or a house. This near new studio apartment has a generous kitchen and gas cooktop, good kitchen storage space and the as new refrigerator and washing machine is in place and ready to use. There is room to relax and watch the wall mounted TV from the lounge area or from the bed while you doze into slumberland. The bathroom is large and would accommodate a wheel chair. There is a sunny north facing patio adjoining the living area to enjoy the warmth on the cool winter mornings.
You will need to bring your own cutlery and crockery and saucepans, bed linen and towels. The owner has supplied the basics in furniture including a wall mounted TV, refrigerator, double bed, two lounges, meals table and chairs, clothes washing machine, clothes drying rack, brooms, mops etc.
There is plenty of parking in this quiet street and one would expect to park at your doorway most of the time.
This property is NOT suitable for pets. Sorry!
*Electricity is included in the weekly rental for "reasonable use". Excessive use will require additional payment.
